My best friend made this for me when I went over to her place awhile ago to watch a movie and since then I can’t stop making it myself. It’s super easy, cheap and a lot healthier than chips.
You only need three ingredients:
– Olive oil
And three steps:
Place the kale in a baking tray, make sure there is not too much or it won’t become crispy.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil onto the kale, sprinkle salt over and give it a bit of a mix.
Put the tray into a pre-heated oven, I usually keep the temperature fairly low, and wait till it becomes crispy, takes no more than 10 min (but keep an eye on it).
That simple! It’s salty and crunchy like chips but a much better alternative.
