Fried noodles

Although I enjoy cooking, I like meals that are fast, simple and don’t have a meter long ingredients list. This recipe fulfils all my criteria.

Ingredients:
– Carrots
– Peppers
– Spring onions
– Onion
– Peas
– Noodles

(You can substitute/add any vegetables or meat you like to this list)

Steps:
Cook the noodles according to the packet and set aside.
Chop all your ingredients (the smaller the harder to eat with chopsticks!).
Heat a wok/big frying pan and add some oil.
Cook the onions for a few minutes.
Add in the rest of the vegetables.
Season with toasted sesame oil, soya sauce and hot sauce to taste.
Cook everything for 10-15 mins (depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables).
Add in the noodles, mix well and serve.
Alternatively mix in an egg or two.
