This is a simple recipe but it does take some time when the chicken is diced up.
It is definitely worth it though!
– Chicken (we used thigh)
– Smoked hot paprika
Dice up the chicken and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Pour breadcrumbs into a bowl.
Add the herbs and smoked hot paprika.
I forgot to take photos of the next steps (to my defence: my hans were dirty) but this is what you do:
1. Roll the chicken in flour.
2. Dip the chicken into either the egg or beer.
3. Cover the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 30-40 min. or until you are sure the chicken is fully cooked.
