Homemade müesli two

I made a müesli back in Edinburgh but I haven’t gotten around to doing it again since.
My siblings and I figured it could make a great present for Christmas so we got stuck in.

Seeing as you’re making it yourself you can add in anything you like.
For ours we mixed together:
♦ Puffed spelt (Dinkel gepufft)
♦ Spelt flakes (Dinkelflocken)
♦ Oatmeal (Haferflocken)
♦ Walnuts
♦ Almonds
♦ Coco chips
♦ Cranberries
♦ Nut mix (includes sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.)

We got most of the ingredients from Al Natura from Migros.

The best part of this müesli is the fact that you roast it. Roasting your müesli will also make it easier to digest.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, mix everything except for the cranberries together and spread it on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 15-25 min. You’ll have to keep checking on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Once it’s cooled down, add in the cranberries and fill into air-tight jars.

My sister finished the presents off hence, I don’t have a picture of the finished product.
But the feedback we’ve gotten so far is that’s great. So I’m definitely going to make it for myself too!
