Seeing as it still looked the same, we focused more on taking yoga pictures.
Which I’d never done much before but it is actually a great way to see progress but also to see where you could improve.
I feel so blessed to be able to share my love of yoga with my Mum. Who actually got me hooked.
The morning classes would be held under this tree with the view of the sea which adds another level of zen.
We did a couple of one hour meditation sessions which were amazing.

If you’re looking at doing a yoga retreat I can highly recommend Zening Resorts.
And what’s great about Cyprus is that the summer lasts really long, October still has temperatures as high as 28 degrees, and the summer starts early again.
